Some services are not covered under the NHS and therefore a fee has to be paid (i.e. taxi medicals, holiday cancellation forms). Forms can be left at reception for the doctor to complete. A list of fees is displayed in the waiting room.

Medical examinations must be booked in advance at reception. The appropriate appointment will be made when the doctor is available. The appropriate fee must be paid when you attend.

If you fail to attend a pre-booked medical examination you will be billed for the normal fee.
