Nurses
Our Practice Nurses Rhonda, Zoe, Claire, and April offer appointments for chronic disease management, family planning advice, immunisations/vaccinations, wound care and help our doctors in the provision of minor operations.
Healthcare Assistants
Our Healthcare Assistants carry out duties such as taking blood samples, recording blood pressure, dressings, health checks, some injections, ear syringing, testing of urine samples, fitting of 24hr blood pressure recording machines and fitting machines which records your heart rhythm and heart rate.
Phlebotomists
Our Phlebotomist takes blood samples
Practice Management
The Practice Manager and Business Manager deal with the overall management of the practice including HR, Finance, Contracts, Service Delivery, Complaints etc.
Administration Team
Our administration team deals with the processing of daily correspondence, IT issues/queries, and all other administrative requests from patients and the primary care team
Reception Team
Our reception team will arrange appointments either by phone or face to face, process repeat prescriptions and help with any queries.
Secretaries
The secretaries deal with all hospital communications, including hospital referrals and any related queries.
Community Nurses
They provide home nursing services mainly for the housebound.
Health Visitors
Nurses trained in the prevention of ill health and child well being and are based in the Sure Start premises at Willington.
