Our records show that you are eligible for the RSV vaccine. RSV is a common virus that can cause serious chest infections, particularly in older adults. The RSV vaccine helps reduce your risk of becoming seriously, needing hospital treatment.

 The most common side effects are a sore arm, tiredness, headache, muscle aches, or a mild fever for a day or two. Serious allergic reactions are very rare. RSV vaccines can rarely be associated with Guillain-Barré syndrome, but the benefits of vaccination in preventing severe RSV illness outweigh this very small risk.
